Brother Death Poem

In memory of my brother. What can I say? He was my brother, my only sibling. He was always there for me whenever I needed him. He never had the chance to get married or have children because God needed him elsewhere. I miss him heaps every single day. He would of been 50 now. Where did the 20 years go...I still can't let go. But I guess he would be at peace, which I have to keep telling myself, no more suffering. My best mate, my best brother, 'til we meet again.

In Memory Of My Brother

It's been so long since you've been gone
It still hurts all day long
There isn't a day that goes by
Without me thinking why
So many things I wanted to say
I never imagined you'd be so far away
In my heart you'll always be
Until the time is meant for me
I never got to say goodbye
But I know you're always by my side
We share so many happy memories
My only brother...my true friend
May our love for you reach Heaven today
You're sadly missed by all
Until we meet again

In love of memory of my brother (Stephen), age 34. He passed away on 10/03/2017. My brother sadly left from a massive heart attack. They brought him back, but after 3 days his body shut down and a machine keeping him alive for us. We thought it was his time to go. His poor body didn't have the fight, so surrounded by his step father, 3 sisters, 1 sister in law, 1 brother, cousin, and auntie and uncle, he was gone. Can't believe he was taken from us. It still kills me. Now I'm missing him too much. Sweet dreams to my number 1 bro. Always in my heart.
Love little sister,
Steph
