November Harbinger
Brilliant lonely star on high,
In the fiery charcoal sky,
in Haiku
Warm fall afternoons,
crisp cool eves with harvest moons,
crickets singing tunes,
I'm so happy you enjoyed "Hello Autumn." It has always been my favorite season of the year. I had to think of a way to sum it up completely for a Haiku style poem and this is what I came up...

What a difference a day makes,
twenty-four little hours.
Cool chill in the air,
Your very first breath of life, I was there.
Tiny miracle of God, you appeared,
overflowing with joy, my eyes cried a tear,
outstretching my arms to hold you so near.
I am so pleased you enjoyed my description of this beautiful season of Autumn. I also Love Autumn. Out of all four seasons, Autumn is my favorite also. I think each season has its very own unique beauty, but I have to admit that, for me, Autumn is most beautiful!
I really enjoyed this poem about the ocean. Very beautifully written, and it says so much in a nice poetic way! Thanks for sharing!
Great poem, I don't know anyone who doesn't enjoy some kind of music, some people enjoy all kinds of music, it is such a beautiful gift so soothing, so healing and so universal, I grew up with music all around me and until this day , my oldest son is a musician, not of one kind of music but many types, I love the way this poet expresses what music does for the mind, body and spirit, thank you for sharing! I really enjoyed your poem!
Tears to my eyes and an ache in my heart is all I can say about this poem. I can feel her yearning to be with her mother again. I can feel her emotions of love and great loss and grief, and I can feel her courage as she held her mother close to her knowing she had to let her go home to Heaven in peace. Such a beautiful, loving poem!
This is a touching poem from a daughter to mother showing all the little things to the big things that matter in life between a mother and daughter. I love this poem. It's so sentimental! Thank you for sharing!
