I have been lucky enough to feel the your touch
You are my love and to me you mean so much
Please believe that another soul loves you more than life

I stopped at the store to buy you a bouquet
What I found is that it had a whole lot to say
The flowers each stood for a part of our life
And they were meant for you, my beautiful wife

Pammy, you are my first love, the one that I still love today.
You are still just as beautiful, and I have learned to love you in so many different ways.
I love you for your caring, kind, and gentle ways.
OMG, this is such an awesome poem.
Danny Blackman you must really love your wife...

Dear, to you this velvet rose I commend,
In which a model of yourself I tend.
How well within your palm its long stem rests,
So just your smiling eyes my vision nests.
I prayed for the Lord to bless me
With someone special for me to love,
A woman to have and cherish,
A faithful treasure from above.
The happiest day of my life
Was when I first laid eyes on you
For you were like a gift from God
An Angel sweet and beautiful
Whenever I'm feeling sad
And life’s troubles wear me down
I look upon your lovely face
And no longer wear a frown.
My love is all my own
I will never stop loving you
As the years pass and I grow old
Like a withered aging tree with branches tired and wrinkled
Early morning sun
Dull light through the window
A shadow crosses her face
I catch a glimpse
Having lost my husband almost exactly a year ago, I was incredibly touched by this poem. Especially as we too were married for well over 50 years. I look at photos on my photo frame all the...
How would I live,
without you by my side,
What life would breath into my soul,
how would I survive,
Thank you Ann for your comment. It means more as it is coming from someone who has such empathy on the subject matter. Kind regards. Alan.
