I thought you were my friend.
You wouldn't cause any pain,
but little did I know,
you'd make me go insane.
You were just a couple of pills,
a little more than prescribed.
You started off as a friend
but then the demon arrived.
You put me through hell,
so I abused even more.
You made me see things
that chilled me to the core.
You portrayed yourself
as something you're not.
You helped me be free
and get rid of my thoughts.
You showed me a world
of death, anger, and hate.
When I realized your plan,
it was already too late.
I was addicted to you.
