Death Poem by Teens

From A Friend Left Behind

September 22, 2008 my best friend committed suicide, she hung herself and her 10 year old brother found her in her bathroom.
She was only 13 years old and barely had started living. Being 13 myself when finding this out was the worst day of my life. But I decided to take it as a learning experience and remember that God will never give me more than I can take, and "you can never get too much love". A lot of great things has come from her death, things I wouldn't have learned any other way and for that I am sorry!
R.I.P and miss you K.L.M.

I Don't Exactly Know

I don't exactly know
What took what we had,
The fall from the chair
Very, very bad.

What went through your mind
As you took your last breath,
I hope you tasted
The bitter taste of death.

I hope you remember
All the great things we share,
And the way you make me feel
Knowing you didn't care.

You couldn't spare a feeling
Maybe even two,
You're right
That was to much to ask from you.

It's sad I had to ask you
For your life,
Am I not good enough
Or did you have to stab me with a knife?

The next time that we meet
Will be at Heaven's gates,
Good thing Heavens a great place
Or it might remind me how much I hate...

I hate what you did
And I hate what you've done,
I hate that your decision
Is a permanent one!
