  • The Big Miss

I spent over 20 years feeling as though I missed my wife. Even though we slept in the same bed and she was a stay at home mom. I didnt realize that there was a lack of closeness and intamicy. Knowing what was missing eluded me until it was too late. This is my warning to others, never to let the distance grow.

If you miss someone when they are near,
    don't think twice or hesitate.
Hold them close for they are dear,
or you may make a big mistake.

She said I was a good person.
And hoped I would be ok.
She was sorry she had to hurt me,
    As she finally ran away.

When you lose someone so precious to you.
A woman so rare there could never be two.

No one is perfect in every which way.

I'm so sorry - it's terrible to lose someone you love, whether it's death or separation. My husband died over a year ago and I still miss him dreadfully - like you, I wish I had spent more...

A smile so bright, she had before.
To all those around, and so much more.

Years of neglect have done the harm.

The type of woman, who walks into a room, and her smile turns every head.

The type with warmth and beauty,
That like a fire must be fed.

  • I'm Not Ready

After my wife seperated from me, I found the best and clearest way to express my feelings came from poetry.
It seemed I could convey a thousand words more clearly in a short poem.
This is just one of many during that time. Expressing why I couldnt find a good reason to quit or start over.

Im not ready to give up yet.
My feelings for you will never fade.
If you don't believe me ,make a bet.
One like you have never made.
