Mother Daughter Poem

Poem Celebrating A Mom's Love And Support

The story behind my poem is about my favourite person in the world: my mother. She believes in me no matter what. She always picks me up when I'm down. I love her more than anyone in the world, and if anything happened to her I don't know what I'd do. She is by far the best person I have ever known. I'm so lucky to have her. The luckiest person in the world.

Through Thick And Thin

You stayed with me through thick and thin,
even when I started to turn dark within.
You always bring me back to reality,
Saying the world doesn't revolve around flattery.
I love you more than you will ever know,
And this poem will tell you so.
You tell me not to weep
And to go back to sleep.
You pick me up when I'm down.
You say funny things to stop my frown.
I really have to thank the good Lord
For giving me the best mother in the world.
