This poem came from my heart. It may not be much to you, but is was very serious to me. You see, I hold things in and I shouldn't. And for those who just don't know how hard it is, there's a time when you can no longer hold them.

Burning Sensation

This emotion runs deep,
Deeper than words can speak.
A burning sensation held deep inside her heart.
She knew she had to feel it some day from the start.
But now that she felt it, she thinks it will never let go.
Held deep inside her, you never see it; it will never show.
These feelings she held for so long.
Trapping herself in the dark, forgetting right or wrong.
Her heart cries when she thinks of this emotion.
Trying to tell this depression, yet she starts choking.
She's not joking, words unspoken, still...
No emotion...showing.

What you said in your poem is like what I go through everyday.
But I'm slowly getting over everything but it's hard. My boy friend is helping me. My friends won't help but your poem is helping through it.

I know to well of what you are taking about
I've been going through this for to long
and I still am
but I'm getting help from friends and my girlfriend
I'm slowly changing
I love this poem though=]<3
