Heavenly Rose

I wonder, is there Valentine's Day in heaven?
For the one I love is there.
I would love to send her some flowers
To let her know how much I care.

I would like to say I love you
And hold her gently in my arms.
Just to make her smile once more,
Dear Lord, is all I ask.

So if flowers grow in heaven,
Lord, pick a rose for me.
Present it to the one I love,
Then kiss her tenderly.

Tell her how much I miss her
And in my heart she'll always stay.
She'll always be my Valentine.
Not even death can take that away.

Brother John,
That's so, so touching and beautiful.
I believe there's a Saint Valentine's Day in heaven and that flowers grow there.
Do not worry, do not despair for roses are abundant in paradise I swear.
God hears and answers all prayers and He'll present red roses to loved ones on this special day of the year, because He cares.

Sister Beryl,
Thank you for your lovely comment; it really touched my heart. I hope the one I love received her heavenly rose. God Bless.
