Blinded By Love

This poem is one of its own. It's a true reflection of reality out here. It takes me back to the years I thought I found him when I had not. Relationships didn't last long until I found him. He was a little bit shy at first because we were churchmates. We sang in the same choir. For more than six months we were only good friends until one fine day it happened. I love him so much and can't do without him. Thanks for airing this out.

There is a boy I love. He never judges me and always stands up for me. When I'm alone, he comes and greets me with a gentle smile, while I am blushing so hard. I have loved him since I met him (1-4 grade), and I just can't stop myself from loving those chocolate eyes and the way he makes me laugh at his stupid jokes. But there is a girl that I think he likes. He always passes the ball to her, and I can get really jealous. But I hope one day he will ask me to be his, no one else's, and I just want to love him forever. I love you, Mac, if you reading this. I just need to be strong enough to say I love you, for I love you. What should I do?

This poem truly touched me. I never thought that love would ever be for me because I didn't understand what love was until now. I had my first love, but that didn't last long, and throughout the years I went through life settling in relationships, and they never lasted, but in June 2016 that time came. I got nervous and skeptical because I met someone on Facebook and he fell in love with my legs and became hooked. I attracted him and after that a few days later he told me he loved me and never felt that way before until me. During our time we had our moments, and for a moment we had taken a hiatus, and December 2016 we reconnected and found each other again. We live miles apart, but he never forgotten about me, and no matter what is still in love with me since the moment we found each other on Facebook. He loves me so much no matter what, and I will love him always. I can't imagine my life without him.

This poem really made me and my partner think about our relationship and brought back memories from when we first met and made me cry, when I read the poem because it actually brought us closer together than we were before. I am so grateful that there is a poem that can help me express my feelings for my partner. Thank you.

I fully understand this poem. There is this one guy I really like and he doesn't love me back and when I read this poem I think of him and what if he were to love me. Keep writing things like this and it may turn out being your career.
