I really wish I had sweet memories to share here as many of you do, but when I hear the word love and think deep about it, just one person come across my mind. And that's Mom, the first true love ever! I love the poem because I love her very much!

Hi Cynthia, there's no greater love, than a mothers love, and vice versa.

I agree with you, Cynthia. A mother's love is the first real love we encounter, and there's no greater love than a mother's love. God Bless.

My eyes have seen your love for me.
My heart has felt with empathy.
The tender touch that you bring
Makes my heart want to sing,
So now, my love, may you know
How you touch my very soul.

This poem means the world to me. I have been with my partner for nearly two and a half years, and we have had some tough times, but we have always gotten through them. Right now we are going through the toughest time. He got sent down and I'm so lost without him, but knowing there are poems out there to express our feelings, I have never been away from him this long. Writing short poems to him mean the world to him in letters... he really is the love of my life, and I will never give up on him. Love you, baby. xx
