Just for today
I will hold you close,
   will kiss you often,
    will smile with you,
      will take you for a walk,
       will keep you safe,
         will make you happy,
           will miss you more,
            will care for you,
              will hold your hand,
               will swing with you...
                      just for today.

I have ADHD, a disorder that makes my mind run faster than others.
I have some days when I'm crazy hyper and driving my work people mad. I have other days when I'm stubborn from my medication (95% of the time I'm stubborn), so when I have a crazy fun day I like to do as much fun as possible! This poem reminds me of those awesome days.
