Easy come, and easy go
It's very hard to let you go
Don't think I won't remember
Because I will never forget
It was hard to see you in that bed
The look of sadness and my dread
But you looked so peaceful, I will admit
You thought you were strong
We knew you were
But it got you
It took you over
It ate you alive
Until,
There was not a single breath
It took them all,
Not a single one left
You were so weak
We kept you strong,
So we thought,
But we were wrong
We love you and miss you
We wish you were here
But we can have only memories
And don't you think I won't remember
Because I,
I will never forget
Poem About Uncle Who Died From Cancer
My uncle was like the father I never had. He was wise, funny, kind. I can't believe he's gone. Life is so sad without him. I hope he knew I loved him dearly.
