I closed my eyes and took a deep breath,
Knowing this is a moment I shouldn't forget.

Forget but never regret
Pick up the broken pieces but leave them unset
Feel the pain but let it go
Take a new step and a new path will grow

I've loved
I've lost
I've hated
And I've found

My world goes round and round
But I don't hold on to what has passed
It's better to just enjoy it while it lasts
I just let the memories become unwound

I know what I've done and whom I've loved
I know who I am and what I've become
I'm glad I met you and all those moments we shared
But they're memories now that we both share.

skipping,
laughing
