The days without you are dark and long
There is no light or song
You no longer remember me
In time you will become a memory of a memory
As the love in my heart will have quietly gone

Yet you remain, as an ember to a flame
Someone else with your name
Or someone who speaks the same
Floods memories of you into my mind
Taking me back to a time
When we were happy

The very last time I saw you
We embraced, I held your hand
And I quickly dissolved like sand-in the rain
I cry so many tears
I still feel my heart aching with pain
If we never speak for many years
Remember that I love you
Know that my love was true

I will bury my beating heart
Somewhere, deep in the sand
Crabs and seagulls will fight to tear it apart
As my soul is cursed to wander land
I lie motionless, rigor mortis has crept into my body
The waves slowly reach for me, taking me adrift
The sea will cradle my corpse
Softly wrapping me in seaweed
As I become an anchor, my lungs filled with water
Sinking slowly, suddenly silent at the bottom
Where there is no light or warmth
Darkness becomes everlasting
I drown in nothingness
Disappearing into the abyss

One quiet day
Your life will change in a beautiful way
Your heart will smile
And love will be worthwhile
The sadness in your eyes
Like gray and cloudy skies
Will begin to clear
As the sun starts to reappear
Your falling tears silently disappear
If you smile through your pain and sorrow
The sun will shine bright for you
Today and for every tomorrow
Smile and keep trying when the days are blue
Your heart's wish will soon come true

My love is all my own
I will never stop loving you
As the years pass and I grow old
Like a withered aging tree with branches tired and wrinkled
No winter winds or storms will sway my heart
My love will remain intact and untouched
The roots that bind me to you, hold fast and run deep
The trunk that is my body will remember your gentle touch
As you have carved your way into my soul
Some dark and gloomy days will pass with the seasons
Rain and hardship will always come for different reasons
And I will be cold and alone in the night
But not forever, as I look at the shining stars
And remember how sweetly I held you in my loving arms
As we once danced under silver moonlight
I dream quietly of those days as I close my eyes
And rest with the sunset, you were the morning sunrise
You were as beautiful as the sun, your smile warm and bright
Nurturing the earth with your love
Each new budding flower has your scent and carries me to you
The leaves that were once dead and brown, regrow a bright green
Birds chirp and sing, as the seasons change from winter to spring
You are the light of my life, my beloved wife

Loving
You

We left because the sea was calling

Under blue skies, over green and giant mountains, and across the sun kissed valleys until we reach the end
     
       Where the river meets the ocean, where the sun meets the horizon, where the salt and sand mix with water.

We went to see the ocean waves clash against giant rocks.

       We went to find the sleeping hermits burrowed under the sand.

We went to feed the seagulls and ourselves.
       
       We went searching for a lost treasure but found each other.

We left land to live as fish, but we returned to the shore because we were homesick.
     
       We left our footprints in the sand as we left and said goodbye.

We left our hearts with the sunset, but like the sun, we'll return when the sea calls again.

People are
Emotional computers
Beautifully complex
We are
Living machines
Little thoughts, little things
Turned into into ideas, wishes, dreams
How could anything be, breathe, live, exist without love?
Calculating......processing......computing......
There is no simple answer it seems
And what does God say above?
For simplicity
We are matter
Particles of dark and light
We are electricity
We are given experimental bodies made from land
Replicated from his design, built by his hand
We are Inserted with emotions that help us create and understand
We are hopeful creations of thought, emotional computers, we are Man
