Don't be fooled by the mask I create
For it is all a lie
Underneath my calm sophisticated facade
There is nothing but lies and sadness

I need you to help me
I need you to reach out
Wipe the blind stare of the living dead away from my face
So that my heart can grow small but feeble wings
I need you to breathe life into me

After you find what a wreck I am
Will you still care?

I once tried to write down a poem with my true feelings in it, but the second someone saw it they hated it. They judged it without thinking that what I wrote was true or not. So now I'm forced to write poems in secret, otherwise I'm going to be even more judged. I wish I could share them, but I don't think I can handle anymore judgement of my poems.

Just because a few judged you wrongly doesn't mean that the whole world will do the same thing. I will be glad if you share some.
