Deep Blue Eyes

Deep blue eyes, pretty smile,
Short blonde hair just for a while.
It all turned gray, but that's okay,
'Cause I love this little woman anyway.

She has a soft and gentle touch

And when I'm down, she gives me a smile,
Then I know she's going to let me stay for a while.

When she's sad and feeling blue,
I try to cheer her up with "I LOVE YOU."
Yes, she has deep blue eyes and a pretty smile;
She's God's gift to me just for a while.

Ah, so tenderly expressed. True love remains, no matter the age. We may show signs of wear and tear on the outside, and even though our hearts get wrinkles, the tender love of time is unique.
