A Lover's Dance

Cherished thoughts roll through my mind, trickling brooks of love constantly flowing in time, filling the veins of my heart with charitable feelings. Actions of compassion direct my being. Living for trust is so fulfilling. In challenging times, your loving words motivate me. Your gorgeous smile gives my soul immaculate healing. Raging rivers of passion move through me. Three simple words from you, I love you, mean the world to me. Passionate springs fill constantly as each day draws us closer together for eternity. Beautiful days ahead of us in an oasis of cherished memories. I hope, I dream, I believe through God's good graces we will be together for EVERLASTING. I love you, darling.

Now this is a poem worthy of a prize! Best poem I've read so far! Not only does it follow the pattern of a prized work, but it also captures the reader's attention from beginning to end and makes the mind wander and get sucked into the imagination of the story the poem is expressing! I still hear the music the poem conjured!

This poem made me cry its what I feel inside.... I had a partner in life that I danced through life with . Not just a physical dance but the dance from my heart. Marriage that was to last forever. Now it's totally torn apart.... I will never forget our love and how it grew. It just disturbs me how he will never be around. For my love for him was true but now I wonder after all those years if his love for me was just words....
