A Message For My Father In Heaven

No one can love me as much as you.
In you, I know I'm not alone.
Your smile gives me happiness behind sadness.
Your memories give me strength behind darkness.

No one can love me as much as you.
In you, I know I'm not alone.
Your smile gives me happiness behind sadness.
Your memories give me strength behind darkness.
You had been my reason since then
To fight and continue living,
To endure every pain, no matter how much I suffer,
And to believe that I can still do better.
I'll love you forever; that's my promise.
Eating together, that's what I really miss.
I will work hard for the family
And do my best to make them happy.
I know that you'll always be there,
Guiding us and protecting us from any danger.
That's why I want to say thank you
And tell you that someday I want to be like you.

How hard it is to heal a broken heart.
Everything seems so dark,
And it seems like the stars even lost their spark.
Loneliness just pulled me apart.

How hard it is to heal a broken heart.
Everything seems so dark,
And it seems like the stars even lost their spark.
Loneliness just pulled me apart.
It even killed the dreams I have in my heart.
Now I see the light because I learned to write,
Giving the silent healing I need to free the sadness I was hiding inside.

My poem is just a simple expression of how thankful I am to God for not leaving me and for finding ways to help me rebuild myself especially during those times I felt so down.

I've been in the dark many times before,
Cried as much as the rain could ever pour,
Lived in silence despite this noisy world,
Smiled like nothing really hurts.

I've been in the dark many times before,
Cried as much as the rain could ever pour,
Lived in silence despite this noisy world,
Smiled like nothing really hurts.

But it was during those times when I found Him,
Felt comforted and continued to dream,
Fixed my broken heart,
And used pen and paper to have the chance to scream.

I had so many reasons to give up,
But He always finds ways to put me back on top.
Made me realized that I'm worth it too,
Helped me accomplish the things I thought I could never do.

The Truth Behind Every Lie

I am a writer who tries to capture and express my emotions and thinking through my simple works/writings. Honestly, I'm not an expert writer but just wanted also to inspire others to believe in themselves and do what they really love to do despite challenges and despite the judgements of other people.

I can hear every word,
The sweetest among every mouth,
The sadness in every happy story,
But I am not blinded but what is real.

I can hear every word,

Sometimes I go with the flow,
I listen, but never take things the way they want,
Act not the way they expect me to,
Coz I am me and don't need to be like everybody.

People are judgmental no matter what you do,
So just do the right thing that will make the better you.
Don't get distracted with unreal things they say,
Coz God will eventually reveal the truth someday.

No one ever saw the pain in me,
Including my close friends and family.
Generally I was lost but showed a happy me,
Hold back every tear, no matter how hard it was for me to carry.

No one ever saw the pain in me,
Including my close friends and family.
Generally I was lost but showed a happy me,
Hold back every tear, no matter how hard it was for me to carry.
Those days silently killed the future I wanted to see.
Made me want more to stay in the dark because it's where I felt free.
Alone was the best way to conceal my agony,
Realized that I gave too much, that I lost every inch of me.
Every night was just filled with misery,
So I just prayed hard, hoping that things would end the way they needed to be.
