In shadows, where whispers dare to tread,
Your name, a melody, dances in my head.
A heart once guarded, now softly laid bare,
In this delicate bond, I find you are rare.

Your laughter, like sunlight, ignites the cold night,
A beautiful enigma, fierce and bright.
In depths of my soul, a longing does swell,
To unravel your heart, a story to tell.

Though words may be easy, emotions run deep,
In the silence between us, my secrets I keep.
For in dreams, I possess you, each moment, each glance,
A love that transcends, a haunting romance.

You are both my desire and my sweet refrain,
In the tapestry woven, you're joy and pain.
So here in this poem, my heart I bestow,
Embraced in your shadows, where love dares to grow.
