Falling in Love Poem

Next Poem >>

This is about my boyfriend. We've broken up now and it was hard, it really did tear me up so I wanted to post this poem as a sort of memory of what we used to be. enjoy...

You

©  Danni
You're always in my thoughts
You're always in my dreams
And so a life without you would
Just tear away at the seams

It's you that keeps me up all night
The one getting me through the day
And so it seems to me that there
Is only one thing left to say

I don't know how to say it
To make it sound so true
So I'll say it how I feel it
I'm completely in love with you
You by Danni @FamilyFriendPoems

I had been best friends with my neighbor. We spent long hours on the telephone at night and texted each other during the day, when one day he told me he loved me. I had thought he was kidding yet he seemed so serious. He never let it go. He asked me out on a date and I had to say no thinking that it would ruin our relationship as best friends. When I said no he moved on liking two other girls, now he doesn't talk to me. Even though I said no, our relationship we had is ruined.
